How long is the rental?
Every package includes 2 weeks, from delivery day to pickup day. Each extra week, or part of one, is $25. Pick your dates when you book and the total updates.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes, free anywhere in Orange County. Outside OC we charge $1.50 per mile past the county line.
How big are the totes?
Each tote holds 27 gallons, roughly two medium boxes, with an attached lid that closes flat and stacks.
Do I need to be home?
No. Tell us where to leave the totes and where the empties will be stacked, and we'll handle it.
How far ahead should I book?
Book at least 2 days before your delivery date. A week or more ahead is best during busy months.
What if you're late?
If we miss your delivery window, we credit $25 back to you. No forms to fill out.
Can I change my dates?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free until 48 hours before delivery.
What if a tote is lost or damaged?
Lost or broken totes are $25 each and dollies are $75. Normal wear is fine.
Do totes need to be cleaned before return?
Just empty them. We wash and sanitize every tote after each rental.
