How big are the totes?
Our standard tote measures 27" × 17" × 13" — equivalent to a large cardboard box. Most moves use exclusively this size, but we also offer small and extra-large totes on request.
Is delivery and pickup really free?
Yes. Within our service area, delivery and pickup are included in the bundle price. There are no surprise fees, no fuel charges, and no tax on rentals.
What if I need to keep the totes longer?
No problem. Just let us know before your scheduled pickup date and we'll extend by the week.
Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?
An adult (18+) needs to sign for delivery in most cases. If you can't be there, contact us in advance — we can often arrange a contactless drop-off.
What if I run out of totes mid-pack?
Just call or text and we'll add more to your order. Most extra-tote requests can be fulfilled the same day or next day.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your delivery. Inside 48 hours, a $50 fee applies. After delivery, we charge a $99 restocking fee.
